Refund policy
Candy-Tong.com has a no-return policy.
Every individual piece made by Candy Tong Collection is final sale and nonrefundable. Due to limited quantities in our timeless and one-of-a-kind luxury materials, we unfortunately do not offer any refund on any orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund for any damaged product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or refund, you can contact us at info@candy-tong.com enclosing a photo of the product making the damage visible. If your claim is accepted, we will contact you with a solution. The options that will be presented to you will be: 1. Exchange your product, 2. Replace with a different product, and 3. Refund your purchase.
Items sent back to us without first placing a claim will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on either our products or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
